Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. During holidays, promotions, or seasonal demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are included in product pricing unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Shipping Locations
At this time, Treeage Farms ships within the United States only.
Packaging
Our preserves and fruit butters are packaged carefully to reduce the risk of breakage during transit. Because our products are packaged in glass jars, we encourage customers to inspect all deliveries upon arrival.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Delivery Delays
Treeage Farms is not responsible for shipping carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control once the package has been transferred to the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
